For over 50 years, this 40+- acre farm has paid homage to all things big and small and has been a safe harbor and refugee to all inhabitants. The land is comprised of four hills, a bench-top valley, towering old-growth redwoods, extensive water reserves and fertile soils. There are extensive improvements on the farm all of which were designed and inspired with intention to flow naturally with the land. These improvements include two well-appointed homes, cabin, barn, shop and aviary. The Primary 2B/2B 2,400+- sqft residence was built to stand the test of time and designed to flow one with the hills and to capture the deep valley views framed by majestic redwoods. The 1B/1B, 384+- sqft Cabin offers guests/caretakers a quiet and peaceful place to spend those sleepy Comptche days tucked away in natures green tree basket. In addition, the farm offers an expansive 1,800+- sqft barn and equipment shop, a roughly 1,000+- metal building workshop and professionally designed and engineered aviary built by some of the country's top zoologists. For over five decades, the owners stood as both guardians and stewards of the land and though much now has been lost in time, nothing has been forgotten.
