House is fully furnished with minimalist taste. New floors, bath and kitchen, big windows, spacious rooms with a large property to roam on. Great place to write a novel, film your youtube meditation video content etc. No more than 2 people may live on the property. The house shares a driveway with my guest house (guest house where I live and occasionally let family come and stay for a weekend.) Property manager lives nearby. I Will consider a dog with pet deposit and dog "interview." There is an EV charger (yes It can charge a Tesla), a gazebo with a fire pit.) I require a credit check, proof of income, interview (because we share the yard) and deposit. Please read the FULL post before reaching out.
